At satyakibr.cloud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will happily refund or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase. Unless your product is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. In this case, simply send us your shipping receipt and we will be happy to reimburse you for the costs.

Even with the best of us, situations can happen. Items sometimes get damaged or parts get misplaced during packaging and shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the defective item. We will promptly replace the item or issue a full refund.

We rarely offer promotions, but even when we do, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless the item you received was damaged or defective.
